We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Delaware and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of our operations by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office procedures.

Position Overview: The Full-Time Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our new Delaware office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing consulting firm.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available and organized.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces and orientation materials.
  • Help organize and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers to address office maintenance and facility needs.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed, including research and project assistance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
